In 2006, I had five agents looking for income property in NW Houston. They just wanted to make a sale, any sale, and race off to their next sale. For weeks, I'd really been looking for a good property manager when just by chance, a Spring TX roofing company suggested their neighbor, Wick-Mullins Property Management and Realty.
